At one point I was ill for a long time and it didn't look like I would ever fully recover. My future was very uncertain. VHP2 was able to give me clarity in the multitude of rules and what all that would mean for me in my situation. This gave me clarity and some guidance during that uncertain period. Even when in doubt about how I should react to certain situations, I could always turn to them for advice.
