After an offer for an employment contract with a new employer, I contacted VHP2. I had some questions. The employment contract with my own employer contained a non-competition clause. I wanted an estimate from the legal advisers of VHP2 to what extent this clause could hinder my entry into employment with the new employer. There was also no notice period in my first contract, so I wanted to know which notice period I should observe.

Finally, the new employer gave me the opportunity to opt for a lease car at the cost of a certain amount of gross wages. I would also like advice on this. After I had put my questions in an email, I quickly received a first response in which one of my questions was answered immediately. For the other two questions, a lawyer would contact me.

According to the other questions, I was able to discuss the other questions during a pleasant telephone conversation with the lawyer, after which I felt I was sufficiently informed to have final talks with the new employer. The speed, accessibility and clear advice ensure that I can certainly find the VHP2 again in a different situation!
