Rejection of final bid Signify

The trade unions have fed back the results of the member consultations about the final offer to Signify. After mutual agreement, the four trade unions rejected the final offer.

All unions have indicated that they want to resume the conversation when Signify sees room to reach an agreement. The question, of course, is whether that opportunity will arise, which is up to Signify's negotiating delegation to discuss internally now.
